From restaurants and strip malls to office buildings and medical clinics, OsterCraft’s Commercial Division has participated in all phases of commercial construction, including site development, building new structures from the ground up, even tenant improvement work.

• Office building on East Powell Boulevard in Gresham
• Water Avenue Lofts I in the South Waterfront area near downtown Portland
